Experienced as an utility executive, with emphasis on operations and sales, Bob's passion is focused on the strategies to sustainably scale businesses and organizations. Through fractional COO engagements, this oftentimes includes the cultivation of strategic partners, development of strategies around people, and designing internal systems to support current and/or planned future growth. Throughout Bob's professional career, he has been fortunate to build a large and diverse network of visionaries, industry leaders, subject matter experts, and doers. Bob actively leverages this network when needed to support his work with clients, to build successful teams and mutually-beneficial collaborations. Bob is an active participant in the Cleveland civic community and primarily donates his time to the organizations that have touched him personally and professionally. Through this “pay it forward” mentality, Bob's current civic and philanthropic pursuits are focused on the German Marshall Memorial Fellow program and the Cleveland Bridge Builder program of the Cleveland Leadership Center.
