Our camping and glamping resort is located in Praia das Maçãs, directly of Sintra's Atlantic coast line. With glamping bell tents set in between the pine trees, lifted upon a platform to enjoy best views with soft bedding and beautiful interior just a few walking minutes to the beach of Praia das Maçãs or Praia Grande. We are here to prepare holidays with healthy ocean climate, emerged in nature and only a short drive away from Lisbon or even shorter drive to monumental fully packed Sintra or Cascais. In the early days, our campsite served as holiday colony for children, a Antiga Colónia de Férias dos Comboios de Portugal. Built in the 1940 to welcome children of the railway employees for holidays, today we run a unique campground with famous locally brewed beer, pizza truck, wine shop & tasting from the local vineyards of the Colares region and the sunset bar area up in the hills. Furthermore you'll find a cafeteria, beach fashion shop, an extensive kids playground, beach volleyball field and a supermarket where local products can be bought and consumed. We seek to connect the local culture and architecture with the pearls of the regional goods (wine, honey, fruits and vegetables) and the activities the Sintra region offers with one of the best beaches to surf and bodyboard just in front of the campsite.
