Pacific Opportunity is a financial consulting firm that operates a private investment fund which invests in and consults with a selected group of companies, many of which are public mineral exploration companies. If POC likes a company, it will invest in it, back it with financial and administration help, and back it by helping it to get deals and M&A work done. POC is run by three CAs : Mark T. Brown, Winnie S. Wong, and Robert J. Doyle, who are also the major shareholders.
