Sixth Volta, Inc is a small Non-Profit formed in July 2016 with a simple mission, empower the youth in small communities to interact with each in positive ways, to get involved with local organizations, and to have a safe place to go and call their own. Often in rural areas things to do, places to go and meeting new people is difficult. Sixth Volta, has opened The Chester Cafe in Manchester Maryland. It is a small coffee and snack shop that offers music, movies, games and a lounge specifically for youth between the ages of 12 and 20. With a space that they can call their own. Our goal is to open similar Cafe's in 3 other small towns in the area.
