Founded in 1988 by Michal Aviad and Kevin White, Filmmakers Collaborative SF is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization comprised of award-winning media professionals. Our programs have been broadcast on PBS, Channel 4 (UK), ABC/Disney, ZDF, Australian Broadcasting, Canadian Broadcasting, and many others. Our films have also been shown in schools, theaters, and film festivals, including the Sundance Film Festival, the Berlin Film Festival, the San Francisco International Film Festival, Hot Springs Film Festival, Wild & Scenic Film Festival, and many others – garnishing many awards along the way. Many of these films were also produced with a corresponding educational curriculum, web site, and outreach initiative to facilitate impact.
