The Latina Mentoring Academy ("LMA") was founded in 2010. LMA is comprised of two programs: our mentoring program and our community program. The mentoring program pairs selected participants with a mentor, and provides interactive workshops to help participants build skills, and develop a strong network within the Columbus community. The community program offers networking and professional development events throughout the year. All community program events are free and open to all.
