The Texas Royalty Council (TRC) is a grassroots entity dedicated to representing and advancing the interests of Texas royalty owners and energy professionals. The TRC was organized to monitor, advocate and educate royalty owners, elected officials, and the energy industry on issues affecting royalty owners in Texas. Our primary focus is to promote the exploration and production of Texas oil, gas, and minerals while maximizing the return on the value of the Lone Star State's natural resources.
