The National Association of Dealer Counsel provides valuable resources to lawyers who work in the unique dealer environment. Founded in 2004 by Jonathan Harvey (a dealer attorney and trial lawyer from Albany, NY), we are now over 600 members strong and have lawyer members from nearly all 50 states. Additionally our vendor partners (associate members) provide valuable resources for our attorney members to share with their dealer clients.
