We believe that effective training builds on what you already know, delivers new content in interesting and engaging ways to help you remember what you’ve learned, allows you to practice what you’ve learned and then gives you the opportunity to summarize, evaluate and make a plan for how you will use the new information. Our courses are delivered using Training From the BACK of the Room approaches which is based on Accelerated Learning and the current science of human learning. Our goal is to eliminate death by PowerPoint and lecture and instead to focus on practice and practical application of knowledge.
