“Because People do Business with People” the Mudd Partnership is about more than just leadership, executive coaching, people, business and organisational development. We’re about people and their journey from ‘Good to Great’! We’re about the compassion, principles and values that inform the actions of an Authentic leader and drive through change, make sense of complexity, and deliver outstanding outcomes. These though can sometimes be left out of the planning. We’re also about making the complex not so complex and the tough stuff not so tough, &, because we are Values and People driven, we are also about making the unreachable within reach for all. We incorporated in 2008 and fast became one of Scotland’s ‘Go To’ leadership, coaching, business, organisation and people development companies. We now also work across the UK. We have not been content with just this though. As well as the many clients we have worked with over the past few years to both meet and exceed their needs and expectations, we have authored over 1 million published words on leadership, change and complexity, resilience, employer engagement, influence, wellbeing and well doing, and introducing Mindfulness into the workplace, schools and our daily lives.
