ReEntry House (REH) was started by Terry Schneider in 1981 and currently provides Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS), Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Crisis Stabilization Services and a scatter site Housing with Support Program in Hennepin County. The agency also provides clinical support for Metro Apartments (23 units of Section 8 housing) in Bloomington. The agency services individuals with a Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and those with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders.
