Crementum Capital Holdings (“Crementum”) is a privately held SMB conglomerate, specializing in acquisitions and financing of small to medium sized businesses in the trades, that fully integrate into, grow, and manage our entire portfolio. Crementum’s foundation is built on a center cap stand-alone business, acting as the lead driver and deal finder for other complementary acquisitions, which range from $600,000 to $6,000,000 a year in revenue, with employee head counts from 5 to as high as 50. Our current focus is the purchase of locally owned small to medium sized service based businesses such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and General Construction in major US metropolitan cities in the northeast, as well as the secondary and tertiary markets that strategically compliment their growth. Our goal is to have all employees, customers, partners, marketing, etc, integrate seamlessly and succinctly together amongst all the businesses in the our portfolio, driving exponential growth and expansion at scale - Moving us towards our goal of $10B in value generation, in 11 years, while impacting and bettering over 1250 employees lives in over 100 communities worldwide.
