EXIT Realty Universal is a full service residential and commercial real estate brokerage, and a proud member of the fastest growing real estate franchise in the world. Started as an independent broker and property manager in 1987, we opened as another real estate brand in 2004 then moved up to EXIT in 2014. The office will be growing from its current boutique status to an office with 40 productive agents by the end of 2015. We are building a company that specializes in building strong, successful real estate agents. Most real estate companies seem to focus more on statistics than individuals. We believe that working first to strengthen each agent the entire team will be more productive and successful. We do this by concentrating on 5 simple things: • We make sure each agent is thoroughly oriented and trained in the basic pillars of successful real estate sales. • We show each agent how to properly brand themselves and how to present their brand to the marketplace. • We seek out the latest technology tools available in real estate and teach each agent how to use them. • We have a team culture that is supportive and fun – encouraging each other much like a family does. • We then expose our agents to a plan to earn residuals over and above their commissions, to build their own business with passive and residual income to create retirement security. Ultimately, this formula creates a great synergy with buyers and sellers who work with our agents.
