Jeremy’s prior legal experience includes commercial litigation with Nall & Miller, LLP in Atlanta, where his practice was focused on products liability litigation as well as corporate/mergers & acquisitions and antitrust work with Faegre & Benson, LLP in Minneapolis, MN. Jeremy also previously was Assistant Vice President of Outreach & Business Development and Executive Director of the LMI Policy Research Institute at H&R Block, Inc. in Kansas City, MO. Jeremy earned his undergraduate degree from Morehouse College in 1990 (cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1997 (Dean's Scholar).
