Started in 2005 as a one man production company for films, mainly own projects by the founder Genja Ferschtman, an independent Russian born film maker, Rott Front Productions focused mainly on short films and documentaries, usually (co-) financed through personal investments. During the past years the activities of the company have broadened between experimental film and film education. The new directives can be described as development, research and production of moving images, tending to increase co-operation and co-production on authentic, author driven fiction and documentary films
