What We Do: We provide the clarity and spark to help others on their journey, to that place where everything done is well worth the hard work. Competition with a single victor and failure for the rest is the opposite of what sports can do. We show how learning through failure, as an individual or a team, what makes us stronger for a lifetime. We can also do this for music, art, etc. *Workshops for coaches and parents, promoting better methods for teaching players better life lessons through sports, and helping coaches and parents to be part of that process. *Helping high school students, post-high school young adults, and college students to identify vocations, not just a job, they can be happy and productive in. *Providing support to other groups with a similar mission; and directing students, players, coaches, and teachers with needs to our network of partners. About Me: I'm the beneficiary of great parents, coaches and mentors who taught me to love whatever I do, to find the play in the hard work. Youth and high school sports served my father well, it is the reason for my personal success and happiness, and it is what has put my 4 teenage daughters on that same path to life-long happiness and satisfaction. But most kids, young adults and families are not as fortunate - so I'm working to change that. I have a wealth of personal experiences, training, stories and insights that I'm able to use to connect deeply with people and help them find their way to a better path. Some of those stories and insights are purely from myself, others come from a great collection of friends and colleagues who I have met through sports, work and my podcast. I've always been able to see beyond the surface; to connect dots of people, places and ideas; and to bring people together - and to move things FORWARD.
