As Principal and Founder of Desert Blue Consulting & Coaching, Niki Lomibao is a Certified Life& Career Coach supporting others build confidence through goal setting and personal development. Niki has a background in Human Resources, specifically in talent and leadership development with several years of experience in the nonprofit field. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University. Niki is certified in Evidenc-based Coaching by the International Coach Federation. Niki teaches business management and human resources classes at local colleges and consults with community organizations on all things talent development, recruiting, and employee engagement. As a previous Executive Assistant to some of Phoenix's C-Suite executives, she prides herself in being a "task master". She is energized by working in the Phoenix community, building leadership skills for teens and young adults, and being a coach to help others live up to their ultimate potential.
