If you don't know these terms yet, you should. Architecture, construction, civil engineering is becoming more and more digitized. Digitization serves in many stages of a building lifecycle. From planning, through the building time and all the time during facility management. Our vision is to keep real-world spaces and their digital twins continuously updated so it can help all stakeholders, save their time and money. 1. Thanks to the art of the state technologies, we provide accurate, quick and complex 3D data gathering. We regularly use techniques of terrestrial laser and photogrammetry scanning of indoor and outdoor spaces. 2. We process all the data and deliver registered, cleaned and accurate point clouds for further workflow. Point clouds can be geo-referenced, depending on clients' requirements. 3. We vectorize processed point clouds into BIM with a level of detailed required by the client. BIM is a Building Information Modelling process, where no longer 2D architecture is used. Every single item is modelled in 3D, with additional information about measurements, materials etc. 4. As the building industry has still not adopted a BIM workflow, we are ready to deliver also 2D documentation, including all floorplans, site plans, elevations and sections.
