Our interests are in the following real estate sectors: Retail properties in Urban/High Street/Tourist markets, Residential Apartments within workforce and Downtown market locations, Student Housing properties, Neighborhood Shopping centers in dense markets, and Healthcare related properties in major metro markets. We are currently in expansion mode and seek to acquire an additional $500- $750M worth of real estate by 2020.
