We bring clean water to God's thirsty children and we are on the front lines of safeguarding public health. Clean water is essential to daily living and protecting families against the ravages of COVID-19, cholera and parasites is our top priority. Our mission involves a unique model based on radical collaboration between mothers and local teams. Water Women receive training and technology to bring clean water to their families and neighbors through the Water Woman interfaith ministry. Team leaders oversee training and program activities using culturally sensitive approaches, with our guidance and support. Our mission is supported by a partnership with Sawyer Products using their water filters, with a lifetime guarantee, attached to 5-gallon buckets to ensure safe drinking water for families around the world. Donors can see how their gifts benefit Water Women and their communities using GIS and our detailed country maps in partnership with Sparrow Technologies. Women in impoverished countries typically walk 3.7 miles roundtrip each day carrying water for their families.
