Established in 1936 we are a 3rd Generation family owned and operated catering butchers based in the South-West of the UK. The business has grown from retail shops in the Bristol area to now as the largest catering butcher in the southwest of the UK. We supply quality fresh meat and poultry products to the Hospitality, Education, Foodservice, Healthcare, Contract Catering, Public and Events sector. We operate from recently expanded and highly accredited purpose-built premises and deliver our goods via our fleet of refrigerated vehicles or palletized and delivered via outside third party transport.
