Fair Oaks Orthopaedic Associates has served the communities of Northern Virginia since 1979. With our office conveniently located on the campus of Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia, our practice is a recognized leader in specialized musculoskeletal care. Our team of four fellowship-trained, board-certified surgeons subspecialize in the treatment of hand, elbow, shoulder, spine, hip, knee, ankle, and sports-related injuries and illnesses. Physical and occupational therapy is provided to our patients through our rehabilitation clinic co-located with our office.
