Community First Oxfordshire, formerly known as ORCC (Oxfordshire Rural Community Council) provides support to Oxfordshire's communities on a range of issues. These include health, housing, transport, ageing and community enterprise issues. Our mission is ‘to help communities help themselves’. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We work with a large range of voluntary organisations and sectors. Our advice is based on 95 years of experience. We are the oldest of the 38 rural community councils in England.
