Transnational Legal Theory (TLT) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal that has, since its launch by Osgoode scholars in 2010, led the way globally in opening up lines of theoretical inquiry into the transnational dimensions of law and legal dimensions of transnational fields and activity.
