DAIP - Diversity and Inclusion Professionals

www.daip.us

DAIP was founded in 2009 as the outgrowth of an informal network of diversity practitioners. Participants saw the need to involve a broader base of professionals in the inclusion discussion and; to create a community dialogue about how diversity and inclusion impact economic development, employment, education, corporate governance and community success. In early 2013, DAIP reorganized the board and formed a partnership with Global View Communication (GVC), a growing marketing and communications company that specializes in communicating with and engaging today’s emerging majorities. Over the past year DAIP has elevated the discussion about equity and inclusion in the broader community through programs including a CEO Forum and Gubernatorial Debate. As DAIP continues the equity and inclusion dialogue key stakeholders will be invited to participate in meaningful and sometimes controversial discussions about how to engage our state’s emerging majorities in government, business, education, and politics to achieve the best for everyone.
