Verhaal is an architecture and interior studio founded in 2016 by Neydine Bak and Dewald Struwig in Sydney, Australia. Bak and Struwig work together with a team of creatives at their Balmain East studio gallery and a global community of makers to create extraordinary hospitality, hotel, retail and residential experiences defined through art, storytelling and collaboration here at home and internationally. Obsessed with texture, pattern and colour Verhaal is synonymous with playful expressions and artisanal and artistic embellishment – a Verhaal space tells a story, beautifully.
