We work with a business and their IT teams, to document the full picture of the current IT set up.  This will provide standards and patterns which can support the structure of on-going Projects, and help to identify gaps.  Then using a rapid and agile approach, we identify potential ways to simplify and streamline the current IT estate.  Transparency, accountability and innovation: Once a business understands their full 'IT picture' and the cost and resource associated, they can work to refine it, reduce costs and become more responsive to business change.  This ensures; the IT estate is driven by the business needs and demands; enables more innovation; and provides transparent accountability of ownership for all IT deliverables. Finally we work with the business to build a centralised knowledge store of IT system, process and project ownership - 'one point of contact, one set of accessible documentation, clear ownership, enabling business goals and objectives'.
