Prior to joining Te Amokura, Eli spent 3-years working in the public sector with a focus on policy design and implementation. An innovative and creative thinker, Eli has worked across business feasibility, legislation initiatives as well as policy development in the Māori language and youth development sectors. Eli is passionate about traditional Māori knowledge systems, in particular, and utilising those systems to provide insights that develop solutions and approaches that achieve best outcomes for Māori.
