Plan with Care is a care and wellbeing company working in partnership with solicitors to support vulnerable clients. We provide a care and wellbeing service which includes care at home and live-in care if needed. We can manage all aspects of care at home as we are CQC registered and have our own paid carers. We also work with older people living in care homes and directly with families.
