Our service offering is targeting residential properties and large scale commercial developments. With our years of experience directly working for rebar manufacturers, having completed some of Cape Town’s largest new structures, e.g. The Towers on Heerengracht Street, 22 Bree Street in Cape Town CBD and more recently Urban Square in Century City, we felt the need for a more comprehensive site management structure within the rebar industry. Our organisation has been established to address what has been created by slow change and adaptation to South Africa’s continually changing economic and industry structures. We aim to leverage this venture to improve industry standards but also empower SMME businesses that the construction industry relies on, by developing the SMMEs to become self-sufficient, in turn flourish and address the South African unemployment challenge. Our value add is proper site management and set necessary controls, in order for projects to be invariably completed on time and within budget. Our goal is to foster a better relationship between contractor and sub-contractor, allowing all parties to walk away having achieved a common objective.
