Originally PGS supported Jacksonville’s family practice group, Family Medical Centers which has served the community for more than 25 years. As Family Medical Centers grew, so did the need to offer quality multi-specialty services in Northeast Florida under one umbrella, giving patients a streamlined form of care. This led to the expansion of now 12 additional multispecialty groups and services. It includes more than 100 providers and more than 450 staff members.
