Women in Need (WIN) is a UK registered charity with 20 years’ experience helping women in the poorest communities of Nagpur in Central India. We offer medical & socio-economic assistance tailored to the needs of the individual. We tackle problems relating to poverty & abuse & address the lack of awareness & support for women suffering from cancer, leprosy, HIV, & mental illness. Our mission is to restore dignity & hope to underprivileged Indian women through health awareness & preventative screening programs, free medical treatment, vocational training & economic empowerment.
