I started in the mortgage business in the summer of 2015. Prior to this I have owned many homes in Victoria – personally touching many different financing scenarios ��� refi’s, purchase + improvements, construction loans, HELOC’s, e-advanceable mortgages and unfortunately unwieldy mortgage penalties. I have experience using both mortgage brokers, and negotiating by myself with big banks. It’s this varied and extensive personal experience from a ‘consumer side’ of the mortgage industry that drives the focus of my work on the industry side. I always wanted to be truly impartial to the complete needs of the client. I feel that the mortgage broker industry in Victoria has some great people, but from my personal experiences as a customer, I also know that there is an element that I wouldn’t want to associate with.
