About UXUA Created by the dutch designer Wilbert Das, the UXUA Casa Hotel & Spa is a five stars hotels that presents thirteen casas completely unique, with one to three bedrooms, adjusting perfectly to the historic center of Trancoso, a little fishermen town localized in the idyllic south coast of Bahia. Four of the houses and the enter of the hotel are restored fishermen hommes facing the Quadrado, a green area from the 16th century, while the other houses are spreaded in an exuberant private garden. The available services, always in the warm bahian style, include two restaurant specific in traditional bahian culinar, one exclusive pool with medicinal properties and a lounge in the beach built using old fishermen boats. The Spa’s treatments are inspired by the local tradition and have been featured in important international publications, as well as national geographic and Vogue USA, whom refer to it as “the best Spa for a romantic escape”
