OUR MISSION IS TO HELP ACTIVE ADULTS BREAK FREE FROM INJURY AND REGAIN THEIR PHYSICAL FREEDOM SO THEY CAN BE CONFIDENT AND ACTIVE FOR YEARS TO COME. Adapt was founded in 2017 in order to keep active adults as active and pain-free as possible throughout their lives. Adapt was built on the philosophy that all humans can heal if their injuries are understood at a root cause level and then provided with the right environment to succeed. Upon a single look into the facility, past the necessities of a medical office, you’ll see more of an oasis for those looking to fully recover naturally and holistically. Over time, Adapt’s mission of creating the healthiest and most active version of our community has remained constant and true. Adapt co-owners, Dr. Payal Patel and Cody Plofker, had both found themselves in the hands of underwhelming care when faced with injuries, leading to months and years worth of struggle. Through acknowledgement and persistence, they’ve created a safe haven for those who also find themselves struggling and feel enough is enough. Adapt focuses on completely one-on-one, heavily individualized and holistic treatment. Treatment is always in the form of pain-control as we do not believe in inflicting pain to solve problems. Physical Therapy treatment focuses on alignment, posture, breath work, and incorporates evidence based stretching and strengthening as needed to support the patient’s lifestyle. Healing philosophies include Physical Therapy, Massage, Acupuncture, Meditation, Exercise, and Nutrition. This integrative model allows for patients and their clinicians to find what works best for them and provide their body with what it needs in a non-threatening way.
