As we speak, digital revolution is impacting companies on big time. Capturing the business opportunities, I believe companies need to fundamentally rethink their way of doing marketing. I have seen that this revolution also has significant impacts on: - the role of customer experience. We enter the era of experience economics where companies need to find their way of being relevant to future modern customers. They need to leave push&sell mode and find the new way of engage&serve that brings customer value. - the way marketing is organized. Companies need to move from command-control based hierarchic operations towards living organism type of model with extreme transparency, empowered execution and strong culture that engages people. - the speed required. When world is changing from complicated to complex, companies need a compelling vision with capability to take very fast actions (instead of fixed yearly plans). My mission is to help companies build their future of marketing that takes the best out of this inspiring revolution. While having a good overall understanding of the big picture, I make my mission happen with a very focused eye on the ball and concrete actions that deliver the value to business. I can do many things in marketing space. Sweet-spot for my value creation are for example: campaigns in digital channels, go-to-market initiatives, event/experience building etc. I bring with me a positive lets-do-it attitude with a lot of ideas. I expect trust, honesty and openness. I believe I learn fastest by having a chance to work with different companies and contexts. This way I can also bring the best value to the companies.
