"Building Bridges for Aboriginal People in Urban Communities" We assist individuals with their goals in employment, training and education with a special emphasis on the urban Aboriginal population. Our offices (In Kitchener and in Guelph) have a resource library, a computer center with internet access, employment counsellors and friendly staff who can assist with the job search process. Anishnabeg Outreach is an incorporated non-profit organization guided by a volunteer Board of Directors. We work primarily with the non-profit sector and are guided by a clear mission and set of values. We provide Aboriginal people with access to culturally appropriate services and strive to support individuals with direction and assistance to overcome barriers. We encourage individual exploration of avenues that will lead to self-sufficiency and success. Our team is multi-disciplinary and promotes a holistic approach to life long career decision making.
