Since 2015 we’ve been throwing open the doors to classical music through intimate concerts, workshops and experiences. We’ve worked with 200+ dynamic classical musicians, and love getting to know our audiences and collaborating with unique and unforgettable venues. Crowned the No. 1 Airbnb Music Experience Globally in 2018 we’ve built a reputation for sharing top-level classical music in friendly and unexpected ways. We hold regular monthly secret concerts at Shoreditch Treehouse and The Brunel Museum and launched our first Artist Development programme, Horizon Project, supported by the Genesis Foundation in 2022. We’ve been featured by The Nudge (The Definitive Insiders’ Guide to London), Classical Music Magazine, Opera Now, BBC Radio 3 and Steinway and Sons; are often seen in recital at the Royal Opera House. Other concert highlights include London’s Cutty Sark and Old Operating Theatre and, in Dorset, The Lighthouse, Russell-Coates Museum and Chettle House. A keen spokesperson for classical music, DEBUT’s founder Lizzie Holmes, returns to the Royal College of Music (where she trained) as a Guest Lecturer on Creative Enterprise. Other recent highlights include the development of DEBUT/Drag bringing together the worlds of opera and drag and Know the Show our opera play-throughs with Bishopsgate Institute. We also bring the very best classically trained musicians to the world of private events and weddings. We are particularly passionate about showcasing emerging musicians and helping to develop their unique voice as professional artists, cultivating a positive classical music community and sharing classical music with new audiences.
