Norea was founded in 2011 with two main purposes. First, our focus is on unique design with a custom build flair that brings every item to life in hotel rooms. Second, we employed an average of 30 staffs year-round. We wanted to make Cambodian have an opportunity to work in a profession that they can be trained to further their skills. By doing that, Norea has done its duty to reduce the migration pattern that has led thousands of Khmer people to move to the neighboring countries looking for better paid jobs. As a result, the past 6 years we have designed, produced and successfully installed thousands of custom-made lamps, furniture, curtains, cushion/pillows as well as managed many full hotel renovations.
