Main tasks - prepared annual manpower plan to defining staffing needs. - Manage & coordinate all recruitment activities initially from job announcement to providing an offer, orientation, and on boarding program. - Attending job fairs to get new comers and making database for candidates. - Redesign JD, sub organization chart. - Manage and design a best practice for all performance management methods & systems. - Identify training & learning needs assessment & methods. - Provide training to all new and current employees that align with mission & business strategy. - coordinate and monitor training activities. - Assess the overall performance of the organization by ( KPI ). - Ensures effective implementation of employee performance appraisal policies and procedures. - Assisting the HR manager in creating all HR policies.
