Our specialization is competitive prototyping and production of small to medium sized machined components for other manufacturing companies in a variety of fields including energy, high technology, defense and electronics. Our capabilities range from 3/16" up to 30" in diameter. Whether you are looking for a small components to be produced on our state of the art Swiss-Style screw machines, or larger components produced in our Multi-Spindle, Multi-Axis machines, Talnea has the service offering to suit your needs. Standard Turning and Milling centers round out our shop so that our team of qualified/certified professionals is ready and able to get your job done. We have manufactured customer components for a wide variety of industries. This includes SHEAR SCREWS/PINS (as well as internal testing facilities), valve components, pipeline parts, oilfield products, high end printer components, environmental control products, defense industry, electronics components, and everything in between.
