We’re a bit different. With broad ranging experience across agency recruitment, entrepreneurial ventures and even leadership roles in multi-national businesses we’ve “seen a few things”, both here in NZ and overseas. We embrace change, love what we do and aren’t afraid to be different from our industry counterparts. In fact, we strive for that last one! You won't find us posting soulless advertisements on job boards. Rather than simply filling vacancies, we believe that true value can be added by connecting amazing people with awesome businesses. A lot of what we do is based on the central premise that there is a huge passive candidate market who are open to hearing about truly interesting opportunities. In our experience many of the best hires are people that come through existing networks or who have been referred. This is what has driven us to create a network of awesome talent, the vast majority of whom are not active job seekers. We also love consulting with businesses on everything from sales strategy to growth plans, as well as helping them build and implement cool, easy ways to hire. When we're not busy doing all of this, we love a drink and a good yarn so don’t be afraid to drag us out for a brew and chat.
