Surf Cove Jazz Productions was created to produce and distribute recordings as well as concerts by Jazz artists Leslie Lewis and Gerard Hagen. Leslie Lewis solo recording, “Of Two Minds” was released in 2008 and features Leslie with the Gerard Hagen Trio and L.A. jazz all-stars, Gary Foster, Ron Stout, Rob Lockart, and Larry Koonse. The recording has charted at #28 on the CMJ and was released in Japan on SSJ Inc where it received 5 stars in Swing Journal magazine. In 2010 she released her follow up recording “Keeper Of The Flame” with the Gerard Hagen Trio and Gary Foster which features Brazilian Jazz music. "Keeper Of The Flame" reached #15 on CMJ and has heard on SiriusXM radio. "Midnight Sun", Leslie's third recording on Surf Cove Jazz, was released in 2011. "Midnight Sun" features Leslie with the Gerard Hagen Trio and guest artists Joey Sellers and Chuck Manning. In 2012 Surf Cove Jazz released "Song For Leslie" the first Gerard Hagen Trio recording since 2000. Leslie and The Gerard Hagen Trio have performed in New York City, Los Angeles, London, Paris, San Francisco and many other locations.
