Back to the Beginning is a welcoming yoga studio located off just outside of Chicora. Kriya Yoga at Back to the Beginning is inspiring and equipping people to live richer, fuller lives. We offer a wide range of classes including Yoga for Aches & Stress as well as Flow Yoga. Classes are offered on many nights of the week as well as a few morning and day times. Back to the Beginning is also a registered Yoga Training Facility for the instruction of yoga teachers.
