www.collectivechanges.netCollective Changes is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mentoring to women owned small to medium sized enterprises to help them build their business, grow jobs, reduce gender based violence and increase social, political and economic security in communities, regions and nations. Using state of the art technology, metrics and analytics Collective Changes provides mentors the ability to guide a women SME owner anywhere in the world to write a business plan, a marketing plan, public relations plan and cash flow analysis. The software has the templates, tutorials, webinars, videos, and other resources that enable the women to use technology to prepare themselves to access credit from banks or micro-finance institutions that are now working with larger funding abilities. The Mentor donates one hour a month in the guidance process for six months. During the process she can avail herself to learn GLEAN (TM) Global Mindset, Leadership, Ethics, Agility Thinking and Negotiation and Communication Skills - all necessary skills for the new global leadership pipeline. The Mentee graduates from the program with a Certificate of Completion after a six month period of learning, researching and engaging with her mentors guidance. She is completely responsible for the outcomes of her eduation - she is not being given anything - she is merely learning new research skills and taking advantage of a network of women and men with strong business acumen donating their time.
