Larry Lincoln | I am the founder and director of Training Fundamentals (TFND), as well as the newly launched TFND - Online Learning Programme. After achieving more than 25 years’ experience as head of training in one of the largest retail chains in Africa, I decided to venture out on my own. I started Training Fundamentals as I have a passion for helping those in the workplace achieve more, do more, be more efficient, more effective and more client service focused. I have a wide range of knowledge, experience and the professionalism needed in the field of Human Resources (HR). I believe in only the best when it comes to customer service. With my vast experience in the retail sector and supply chain field, I am able to provide the most effective learning and development interventions to meet the needs of modern business.
