Thermal Hyperformance was founded by Dr Matt Brearley PhD to maximise the health, safety and performance of heat-exposed workers. We officially started in 2010, and have assisted organisations across a diverse range of industries re-imagine their approach to heat stress management. An important part of our role is collecting and applying evidence in the field to guide industry practice. It could be thought of as research addressing real issues, with real applications.
