Since 1998, Alpine Valleys Community Leadership (AVCL) has been a springboard for people to make a positive difference to their community. It is one of a number of Community Leadership Programs operating across Victoria and is an experience and skills-based program that develops the leadership capacity of local people and organisations, creates and strengthens networks and provides a platform for community conversations about issues affecting the region.
