Today there are many significant initiatives to make cities and neighborhoods inclusive and safe BUT insights easily end up in silos and data quickly gets outdated. This makes collaboration challenging and the potential for greater impact gets lost. We have a global ambition but we start in Sweden, in an industry that can make a big impact fast. Real estate companies play a central role in areas where we live, work and hang out. At the same time, properties in areas with increasing social challenges lose billions of Swedish kronors in property value. HOW DO WE SOLVE THIS? We’re on a quest to make everything add up! We're developing an Insight- & Collaboration Hub for real-estate companies and partners so that they can make substantiated decisions together to improve safety perception, and the value of their properties. We aim to gather a variety of different perspectives; trust-, inclusion- & safety surveys, media portrayal, social media, IoT, crowd movement, crimes, research etc. Then we explore patterns for actionable insights, here and now and for the future.
