OFFICINE AIRAGHI Officine Airaghi S.r.l. was founded after the Second World War by Ezio Airaghi, the technical manager of a well known mechanical machinery manufacturer in Verona (Veneto Region, Italy) operating in the pulp&paper field. With 70 years of experience in the stock preparation field, Officine Airaghi brings to its clients a wealth of knowledge and the newest technologies for the production of spare parts such as discs and cones for refiners, spares for deflakers, screen plates (or sectors) for pulpers, sleeves for shafts, rotors for pulper and screens, impellers and shafts, basket screens, HD or LD cleaners, and much more. The experience acquired throughout almost seven decades allows us to have a deep knowledge of technical and maintenance problems. We can design and manufacture all spares parts for stock preparation machinery with a very quick turnaround. The quality of Officine Airaghi products stems from the use of stainless steel alloys as raw materials, the choice of material takes into consideration the type of product and pulp that has to be treated; this ensures the parts have maximum life span and reliability . These stainless steel alloys have been developed by our technical department in collaboration with some of the most reputable European steel mills and tested carefully before their use in paper milling. Each spare part is thermally treated to obtain the appropriate hardness and wear resistance for the desired purpose and to confer optimal stability and performance even in harsh working conditions.
